I'm crazy or it's the hormones.

Women undergo several changes over the course of the month. Understand why and how to deal with these changes. One day you're happy, another just thinks about crying. There are those days of much irritation and so many others in which your mood swings at every moment. Strange as it may seem, it is normal for women to go through these changes every month because of hormonal changes. 1 - Progesterone: Hormonal fluctuations constantly interfere with the woman's mood, libido and generate various physical symptoms. It also decreases the concentration of estrogen and this causes the onset of hot flashes (perimeter heat waves sleep disturbances and discouragement.
3- Testosterone: In addition to progesterone and estrogen, the male hormone testosterone, is also present in the body of women, but in small amount. "It is especially important to promote wellness, physical disposition and increased libido." 4- How to not go crazy: First, it is important to understand that these changes in the woman's body are normal. However, if they get in the way of work, relationships with their children and their husbands and make them feel bad, do not neglect medical follow-up. Doing this is acting wisely.
